LA TRADIZIONE

A family story.
Still unfolding.

From Sicily to Illinois to Boise, good food has always brought the family together.

OUR ROOTS

Just like Nonna
used to make.

In 1969, Tony’s grandparents and father opened Sorrento’s Pizzeria in Lincoln, Illinois, after immigrating from Sicily. Tony grew up working there, surrounded by family cooking and traditions.

Tony and Emma moved to Boise in 2022 with The Tony Cannoli Cart and Just BEE Acai. Sharing Sicilian cannoli with their new community helped inspire a permanent shop.

In 2024, they named Caffè Sorrento in honor of the family’s Illinois pizzeria. Today, Tony, Emma and Carmela continue that legacy in their own way.
